Minimums and Your First Order
We require a $100 minimum on all initial orders. Subsequent orders do not have a minimum requirement. (Deliveries within Nashville must be for at least $100 to qualify for free delivery.)
We’re a small business, and we know that many of our clients are also. We want to make doing business with us as easy as possible.
All new clients must pay for their order before delivery or shipment. After that, you have the option of either paying at checkout or being put on a Net 30 billing cycle. We accept checks and credit cards as payment.
Invoicing
We offer established clients a Net 30 billing cycle. Any payment more than 14 days overdue will incur interest charges. If a payment is 30 days or more overdue, all future orders must be paid on delivery.
We do not offer refunds at this time. You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a credit toward future orders.
If a product arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within Nashville city limits. We ship via USPS outside of Nashville. We do not charge handling or packing fees.
To qualify for free delivery, Nashville orders must be for at least $100.
Deliveries within Nashville will be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need rush delivery, we can provide that service for a small fee.
Miscellaneous
Please be aware that our soap is made using the cold process method. This means it has a cure time of 4-6 weeks. It is rare that a product is back-ordered due to this cure time, but it does happen. We appreciate your understanding.
Sales, new products, and MCS happenings are sent out in our wholesale newsletter. As a customer, you are automatically signed up for this newsletter. You can, of course, opt out at any time.
Only coupon codes sent via the wholesale newsletter are valid for wholesale customers. Codes found elsewhere will not be honored.
We are unable to offer market exclusivity at this time.
By placing an order you agree to sell only in your store, in person or online. You agree not to sell via a third-party site (such as Amazon) without written approval from Music City Suds.
